  PRICE REDUCED $100,000!  -10/16/23 Altair is an exceptional example of this classic Ray Hunt designed Grand Banks Eastbay 54′.  She is in excellent condition with a Flag blue hull, gold leaf cove stripe, Sandstone tan nonskid decks with white waterways. The  exterior bright work is in excellent condition, and the hull has been ceramic coated as well as the cabin sides, cabin, and windows.   ALTAIR is in very nice condition inside and out.  Her interior is finished in high gloss and her soft goods were replaced in 2021,  The decls were painted in 2018 and the hull was painted in 2019.  She is equipped with C-15 Acert Caterpillar diesels rated at 850hp.  All engine services are up to date.  She had a few service details completed in Stuart, Fl.at the Grand Banks service yard in may including:  Both shafts were pulled, cutlass and tube bearings replaced, props reconditioned and prop speed coated, and all batteries replaced. Over the last year allnfour AC units were replaced as well as the salt water pump. Altair was just hauled 9/25/23 the bottom cleaned, all underwater metal cleaned, prepped, and repainted or Propspeed coated as necessary.
