An unmatched master stateroom including his and her private heads, jacuzzi, separate walk-in shower, and two large walk in closets, and significant linen and toiletry storage for comfortable journeys. Daddy’s Lady has three additional guest staterooms, each with ensuite baths, a day head on the main level, and 2 crew quarters with separate full bathroom. The layout of Daddy’s Lady is great for entertaining and long cruising. She is fast, runs comfortably, and her layout has no steps on the main level unlike other ships of her size. Her enclosed, air conditioned pilot house has a raised dinette for owner or crew use and she has a large covered aft deck, dinning, and entertainment area. “Daddy’s Lady” current owners purchased the vessel in 2017. Though the vessel was in superb condition they had desires to bring her to todays technology. The pilot house is fully enclosed with raised observation dinette on port side with table. When the vessel was refit by her current owner the entire dash with navigation electronics was removed and re-designed with a modern nav-pod for (4) Garmin glass navigation monitors as well as the in-dash electronics were also removed and replaced with new LCD equipment. Daddy’s Lady has a large under hardtop entertainment area covering an L-shaped comfortable couch with large dining table for 8-10 guest. Also under the hardtop is a large undercover custom built-in server on the starboard side including Kenyon stainless steel electric grill, Summit (3) drawer stainless steel refrigerator, Summit (2) drawer stainless steel freezer, under the counter storage, and starboard side wet bar with Summit stainless steel ice maker. Additionally, the covered aft deck is airconditioned with air directed towards the dinette and seating. Aft of the covered deck is owner desired seating under open sky or custom sunshades. The aft deck is enclosed by a combination of custom stainless and glass, and stainless line rails with no break in the visuals of the water while ensuring child and pet safety. The port sidewall of the flybridge contains a fully-integrated, aesthetically pleasing crane for tender and other provisioning lifts. BOW SEATING The bow seating was completely rebuilt from the original sunpad arrangement. A couch and table configuration as well as sunpad makes the bow a favorite spot for all. Additionally, there is a sunshade to cover the sunpad and seating area. SALON The salon is accessed via sliding glass doors on the aft deck of the vessel. Once you enter the salon your greeted with large windows providing an abundance of light into the salon. There are modern, adjustable neck rest style couches port and starboard of the salon as you enter. Starboard and aft is a large built-in TV cabinet with 50″ TV. Forward of the salon is a large walk behind bar with barstools for 3. In addition to wine refrigeration, the bar has beverage and additional galley refrigeration. At the factory during the original build the formal dinning area was fitted with a walk behind bar for entertaining or for a great work space. The current owners enjoy the bar as their traveling office space, with panoramic views. COUNTRY KITCHEN, REFRIGERATION AND PROVISION STORAGE Lazzara built one of the best country kitchen galleys in the marine industry and the 84 was not to be beat. With bow facing, panoramic views, the galley is a favorite location. The galley includes a large dinette seating area forward with seating for 8-10. All of the large appliances are Kitchen Aid, stainless steel, and household sized. They include double door refrigerator/freezer, oven, cooktop, microwave convection oven, and dishwasher. In addition there is a Summit 2 drawer freezer. A large pantry, under bow storage, and day head in the galley. Daddy’s Lady has great storage and refrigeration/freezer space on board to make long journeys easy. OWNER & GUEST CABINS The Owner/VIP and guest cabins are accessed through two separate stair cases. One is in the salon that leads to the owners cabin and VIP guest cabin. At the bottom of the stair case is a large foyer landing with wood flooring and art niche. Also in the foyer is a stacked Electrolux stainless steel washer/dryer and separate linen closet. Aft of the foyer is a double door entry into the master cabin. The master cabin is full beam with king sized bed. There are built-in dressers port and starboard of the bed, large walk-in closet to starboard, built-in 50″ TV forward of the bed, and entry into the master bath suite to port. The master bath was custom from Lazzara at the factory which includes his and hers private heads, separate jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. There are also two separate vanities and an additional walk-in closet in the bath. The size of this bath is not surpassed by anything in the 100′-150′ class. GUEST VIP Located forward of the owners cabin, the VIP features walk around queen bed, hull side window, hanging closet, dresser and drawers, and private head with walk-in shower and wall hung TV. BOW VIP Bow VIP is accessed via stair case forward of galley. Stateroom features queen bed, hanging closet, large dresser with drawers, private bath with separate shower. In the guest foyer is a 2nd stacked Electrolux stainless steel washer/dryer for guest use. The hall closet houses the central vac. BOW GUEST Stateroom is also accessed via stair case forward of galley. Stateroom features oversized over and under births, hanging closet, large dresser with drawers.
