The enclosed skylounge, with both AC and heat provides comfort in any climate and a large settee with a table to seat 6 along with a fridge, ice maker, bar sink and a drop down TV sets up to be a great entertainment area along with the full array of electronics to aid the captain in safe navigation. Maverick’s Refit Projects Rebuilt entire AC system, one new chiller and second chiller was replaced 5 years ago.  Setup for tropical waters.  (Large capacity) Two separate seawater pumps plumbed to flip-flop in case one system has a problem. All air ducts and air handlers cleaned. Serviced engines and generators.  Updated both intercoolers on mains. Class A Balanced both props and shafts.  New cutlass bearings. Spare props mounted in engine room. New batteries and two new Victron chargers. 3000 watt inverter to operate all refrigeration systems. New beverage refrigerator with ice maker in skylounge.  All new exterior upholstery and covers. Almost all nicks and scratches in the gelcoat have been repaired on the exterior of the vessel.
