Beautifully designed, immaculately maintained, this 2011 Navigator 62 is LLC owned, and spent most of its life in fresh water. * 400 hours each on twin Yanmar Engines * Fresh water most of its life * Immaculately maintained throughout * Near 360-degree visibility from centerline helm station * Large main salon, stern patio cockpit * Multiple areas for guests and socializing * Easy access onto stern swim deck * Galley appliances below counter level for maximum visibility * AB Inflatable Dinghy with Yamaha outboard and davit crane   A midline trio of windows on port and starboard sides underscore the vessel’s well-designed architecture. Five distinct areas all allow socializing: Main salon living and dining areas include flat-screen television and Bose sound system. From there, stainless steel patio doors open to a stern cockpit patio for outdoor dining and cushioned seating. For security and safety, the stern cockpit also adjoins stainless steel gated access to the swim-deck. Breakfast seating adjoins the upper-level galley and centerline pilot house.  Guests can also lounge on cushioned settees on both the bow and flybridge.    The 270-degree galley with counter-level appliances allow window visibility throughout, and nearly 360-degree visibility surrounding the interior helm station. The galley features double stainless sinks, electric Cooktop, an inset microwave/convection unit, Miele Dishwasher, and trash compactor. One of the three Perlick refrigerators converts to a freezer. There’s also an ice maker, and a wine chiller in main salon.     The flybridge helm pilothouse also offers complete instrumentation, and its own fridge and barbecue. Behind the bridge helm, an AB inflatable dinghy with Yamaha outboard can easily be lowered to the water with the 1,000-pound Brower Systems davit crane.   The living quarters are directly below the pilothouse and galley. The trio of windows allow generous light into the spacious mid-level stateroom. On each side of the king-sized bed are doors to his & her heads, each sharing common access to a full-sized tub and shower.    Guest staterooms include one with a V-berth double-queen bed, with direct access to the guest head, shared by a third guest stateroom with double & single bunk beds.    An abundance of beautifully crafted closets, cabinets, and drawers are present throughout the living quarters. These cabinets conceal separate Ariston front-loading washer and dryer units in the hallway.    A teak steering wheel at the helm station highlights a complete array of controls and instrumentation: Electronic engine controls, Ritchie compass, bow and stern thrusters, Garmin VHF radio, Faria rudder angle gauge, two (2) Yanmar i560IE digital engine gauges, and gauges for water and holding tank, Garmin Auto Pilot control head with hydraulic drive unit, two (2) Garmin MFD / OCP Radar screens, and Raymarine HD Antenna Control unit.   The engine room, accessed easily from the main salon, includes two Yanmar I6 Diesel engines that provide 22-knot cruising speed and tops out at 24 knots.
