The Azimut Verve 40 is a luxury dayboat 12.97 meter (42’7”) yacht with hardtop and semi-enclosed saloon with 1 guest cabin and a draft of 0.97 meters (3’3”) which can reach speeds of up to 405knots. The yacht has a fiberglass / grp hull with a CE certification class(B) and can navigate no further than 200 miles offshore.   Despite its modest size, the boat boasts plenty of space to relax. At the stern there is a spacious terrace with an L-shaped sofa and a table, and there is also a bat. The bow is occupied by a sunbathing area, which can be accessed through wide aisles on both sides. Below there is a space for a galley, dining room, and double cabin.   The Azimut 40 Verve used many non-standard solutions, for example, the terrace is enlarged by a lowering bulwark and can be used as a bathing platform.
